A 5-week micro-residential program designed to give undergraduate students a taste of rural ministry, exposing them to the unique challenges and joys of serving in rural communities. This intensive builds a leadership pipeline by inspiring future pastors and ministry leaders.

Undergraduate students of Bible Colleges, interested in ministry.
Topics
Core content focuses on rediscovering the church’s purpose and structure. Utilizes in-person intensive and LMS components. Elective topics address specific challenges like pastoral health or leadership transitions.
